  • Monthly inspection of your home and additional inspection after storms or heavy rains
  • Verification that all utilities are functioning properly (power, water, gas)
  • Flushing all toilets, faucets and showers to prevent dehydration and odor nuisance
  • Check lighting and replace bulbs as necessary
  • Ventilate the entire house and check for moisture formation
  • Checking for the presence of insects or other pests
  • Checking shutters, locks and any grills
  • Checking and emptying the mailbox, depositing any mail present in the house. Important mail is opened and forwarded by us after the owner's approval
  • Direct telephone contact with owners on important matters or incidents
  • Monthly WhatsApp contact with audit findings
  • This package does not include attendance for furniture delivery, repairers, etc.

After the end of the period of stay, the tenant must vacate upon departure:

  • Leaving the house (broom) clean and tidy
  • The dishes clean in the cupboards, dishwasher empty
  • Trash cans empty
  • Please take away trash and empty bottles.
  • BBQ clean and empty
  • Oven (no caked on layer), cost in case of damage for tenant
  • Remove all open containers from refrigerator/cabinets due to hygiene concerns
  • Pick up bed linen and collect towels in the bathroom
  • Pets please not in bed and/or sofa to avoid damage

Report any damage and/or breakages to us so we can report it back to the owner.
